PowerOra Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and refunds.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Product must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Product must not be damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@powerorashop.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Step 4: Ship the item back to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: We'll cover return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.

Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Contact us at support@powerorashop.com to arrange the exchange
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • We'll send the replacement item once we receive the return
  • If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@powerorashop.com
  • Include photos of the damage and your order number
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by PowerOra

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@powerorashop.com
