At PowerOra, we're committed to delivering your fitness equipment quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including your tracking number.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide):
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Tracking: Included with all orders
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
Express Shipping (Available for select areas):
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Additional fees apply
- Available at checkout if your location qualifies
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold. Check our homepage or cart page for current free shipping promotions.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using our Order Tracking page or directly through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@powerorashop.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
